Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery and Set Up:

• Miller Fun Rental will deliver, setup and take down the equipment.
• Setup and pickup normally takes about 15-30 minutes.
• Free Delivery within 20 miles, $2 per mile after 20 miles.

Location of set up:

• The best place for setup would be a level grassy area.
• Sandy areas tend to track sand into inflatable.
• All inflatable's are anchored down. If you need to setup on concrete or asphalt please let us know. We must be notified of a concrete/asphalt setup before delivery.
• Make sure there are no underground irrigation pipes and/or buried telephone cables or electric lines close to the perimeter of the bounce site.
• Please do not run sprinklers or mow lawn the same day in the setup area.
• Please make sure the setup area is clear of any waste/debris.

Power source & Water source:

• All of the items require a power source. A standard household outlet (110v) will be fine.
• Manufacturer supplies a 100 foot extension cord.  Please keep that in mind when thinking of the placement of the inflatable item.
• If you are having the party at a park please check on the power source. A generator can be rented for an additional charge.
• Be sure to test your outdoor outlets, if you don't use them often you may not be aware they don't work until time for setup.
• Please let us know before delivery if a generator will be needed.
• Water slides will need to be able to connect to your garden hose.

Space required for set up:

• Please allow a 20’ by 20’ area for the standard moonwalk. Keep in mind that moonwalks also have different heights from 15’ to 24’.
• Our water slide is 20’ in length so ask about the space requirements.

Contract/Waiver:

• The inflatable item will not be set up unless the contract/liability waiver is signed. You may download this contract by clicking here.
  

Deposit & Payment:

• A $50 deposit will be required for each piece of equipment that is rented
• Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard at the time of setup.
  

Rain Policy:

• Our moonwalks do have a roof on them. However if there will be a high chance of all-day rain and you do not wish to keep your reservation you can cancel without a cancellation fee. You must contact us at 803-289-6266 before 10:00am on the day of the event to avoid a cancellation fee.
